Overview of Group Research Activities Members of the Public Health and Healthy Ageing Research Group come from various disciplines and specialties, including conservative dentistry, dental public health, family dentistry, oral biology, oral diagnosis, oral rehabilitation, orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, and periodontology; a number of the group's members are internationally renowned. A key operating principle of this research group is to encourage research collaboration locally, regionally, and internationally. Within The University of Hong Kong, the research group is involved in two of the 21 interfaculty research themes, namely 'Public Health' and 'Healthy Ageing'. Our group has links with the Centre of Public Health Research and the Centre of Heart, Brain, Hormone and Healthy Ageing in the Faculty of Medicine, and also the Sau Po Centre on Ageing.
