Refund / Cancellation Policy

Request of cancellation of registration to Continuing Dental Education (CDE) seminars and/or other CDE courses must be submitted to the CDE Administrator in writing (by email at cdep@hku.hk). Please note the following administrative charges applicable for cancellation under different circumstances:

  1. Cancellation received 14 calendar days or more before the commencement of the seminar/course: an administrative charge of 20% of the registration fee will be incurred

  2. Cancellation received between 7 and 13 calendar days before the commencement of the seminar/course: an administrative charge of 50% of the registration fee will be incurred

  3. Cancellation received in less than 7 calendar days before the commencement of the seminar/course: an administrative charge of 100% of the registration fee will be incurred

No request for refunds will be accepted if a registrant is unable to attend the seminar/course for any reason whatsoever after the commencement of the seminar/course.
